Our Vision:
CPAN envisions a Colorado where parents are respected as the primary authority in their children’s lives—across education, healthcare, and all areas of upbringing. We are building a statewide network of parents, educators, and citizens united in purpose to restore accountability, uphold parental rights, and protect children from harmful ideological and institutional overreach. We’re fighting for a future where children are educated, cared for, and supported in environments that are academically sound, medically honest, emotionally healthy, and centered on truth—with families firmly in charge, not systems.
Our Mission:
The Colorado Parent Advocacy Network (CPAN) is a statewide 501(c)(4) organization committed to defending a parent’s fundamental right to direct the upbringing, care, and education of their children. Grounded in the founding principles of liberty and personal responsibility, CPAN empowers families across Colorado through action-oriented advocacy in education, healthcare, and beyond.
We stand with parents navigating complex systems, offering support, resources, and strategic guidance to ensure their voices are heard and their rights are protected. From championing academic excellence and school transparency to confronting ideological overreach in healthcare and social policies, CPAN remains focused on restoring common sense, accountability, and family-centered policies.
Our work includes:
-Advocacy support for families in education, healthcare, and government systems
-Informational classes and resources for parents, educators, and community members
-Mentorship for launching local advocacy groups
-Statewide policy engagement and legislative action on issues impacting children and families
-A strong network of partners united in protecting parental authority and preserving childhood
Together, we are building a future where families—not institutions—are at the center of decision-making for children’s lives.
