Incident Report Form

URGENT NOTICE

Due to a high volume of submissions, CPAN is pausing all new Incident Reports until September 30, 2025 to focus on current cases and improve our response systems.

We are a volunteer-led organization, and to continue this vital work, we need your support. Donations help us fund legal reviews, investigations, and advocacy on behalf of Colorado families.

Thank you for your patience—and for standing with us.

The Colorado Parent Advocacy Network is dedicated to supporting parents, educators, and concerned Coloradans. If you have evidence of harm related to compelled speech, safety concerns, controversial school lessons, DEI initiatives, academic issues, special education, drugs, mental health, or similar topics, we encourage you to submit your report here. A CPAN Advocate will follow up with you.

Our work is made possible by the generous contributions of donors, who help us cover significant expenses such as filing CORA requests, conducting investigations, developing timelines, and coordinating with media and legal experts. Your support is vital—please consider donating to CPAN to help us continue our important work of uncovering the truth, advocating for parental rights, and holding institutions accountable for the well-being of our children.
